The Long Put Butterfly is a limited risk, slightly bearish option strategy that profits when the strategy increases in value and will generally happen because the underlying stock, future or ETF decreases in price to a traders target location. Maybe more importantly, in this video, we'll show a couple of hacks to help avoid paying too much for this strategy because without cracking the code to trading options, traders will likely not understand why this strategy didn't perform as expected.
